…mp [patch] Polyfill 11.4.5 changed the nullable and compiler-generated attributes on its embedded ExperimentalAttribute and DefaultInterpolatedStringHandler shims, so package validation reported 10 CP0014 and 1 CP0015 between the net8.0, net9.0 and net10.0 assets, and pack has failed on main since. The diagnostics are on Polyfill's internal shims, not on SingleAppInstance's API. Regenerated with `dotnet pack -c Release -p:ApiCompatGenerateSuppressionFile=true` on SDK 10.0.403. This adds the 11 shim entries and drops the two CP0016 entries on SingleAppInstance that no longer fire. SingleAppInstance/CompatibilitySuppressions.xml. Polyfill 11.4.5 changed nullable and compiler-generated attributes on its embeddedExperimentalAttributeandDefaultInterpolatedStringHandlershims. Package validation therefore fails with 10 × CP0014 and 1 × CP0015 between thenet8.0,net9.0andnet10.0assets, so pack onmainfails and no release ships. None of the diagnostics touch SingleAppInstance's own API.T:ktsu.SingleAppInstance.SingleAppInstance(NullableAttribute/NullableContextAttribute).
