…mp [patch] Polyfill 11.4.5 changed which shim members are emitted per target framework, so 10 of the 21 suppressions (NullabilityInfo.*, ExperimentalAttribute.UrlFormat and DefaultInterpolatedStringHandler between net5.0/net6.0/net7.0) no longer match anything and package validation failed the Release step with "Unnecessary suppressions found". Regenerated with -p:ApiCompatGenerateSuppressionFile=true; the 11 that remain are still needed. RunCommand/CompatibilitySuppressions.xmlwas regenerated with-p:ApiCompatGenerateSuppressionFile=trueagainst the pinned ktsu.Sdk 2.31.2.NullabilityInfo.*,ExperimentalAttribute.UrlFormatandDefaultInterpolatedStringHandleracross the net5.0/net6.0/net7.0 pairs. Package validation reports them as "Unnecessary suppressions found" and pack fails.This is the same regeneration as SvnToGit#153, Containers#124 and CaseConverter#151. There is no code change.
Verification
Run locally on SDK 10.0.403:
main: fails with "Unnecessary suppressions found", the same failure as the Release job.bin/obj: exit 0. It producesktsu.RunCommand.1.9.6.nupkgand.snupkg.dotnet test --project RunCommand.Test: 64 passed, 2 skipped, 0 failed.Once this merges, the Release job should publish the #95 fix.
