Switch Temurin to GH release scraping?

Hi, we noticed that no EA releases are listed for Temurin. And looking into it it seems this is because their API doesn't list hem either. But they are available as releases on GitHub.

I have opened an issue to ask them to add EA releases to their API (adoptium/api.adoptium.net#1931) but so far they haven't replied to that yet.

But then I saw that for other vendors, like Corretto, you do GitHub release scraping and I wondered if that would perhaps also be a solution for Temurin?

Oh, the other option would of course be to keep using the API for the GA releases and use the scraping only for the EA releases.
