Manually resized column widths previously lived only in webview state and could be lost when a file closed.

Save widths in persistent extension storage keyed by the full file URI and restore them when the file opens, without modifying CSV/TSV contents. Double-clicking a column resize edge clears its saved width. Widths remain associated with column positions.

Validation:

  • TypeScript compilation passes.
  • All 110 tests pass when run directly.
  • Lint reports no errors.
  • Built and installed the local VSIX; confirmed persistence works.
