Hoe Raise Ground Height Modification Changes by More Than 0.01

The height setting in Hoe raise ground modification changes value by more than 0.01 with mouse wheel scroll.

I noticed it breaks when I log out and log in.
Here is what happened.

1- I started the game.
2- Selected my character.
3- Selected my world.
4- In the game, I tested the height thing. I changed by 0.01.
5- I log out and log back in with the same selections.
6- Now it changes by 0.02

Every time I log out and log back in the step changes by 0.01: It increases and decreases by 0.05 now

Yes, I am sure logging out and logging back in does something. Maybe variable reset or unintended += operator or something problem?

Interesting. I once had this hypothesis, but I wasn't able to reproduce it.

This basically settles it. I assume I will have this fixed in v0.3.1 :)
