- Added bindings for Bitcoin Core v32 kernel API, including new methods for transaction inputs and chain parameters. - Introduced `MockTime` class for testing with fixed timestamps. - Enhanced `ChainstateManagerOptions` to set database cache size. - Added `WitnessStack` class for managing witness items in transaction inputs. - Updated CHANGELOG and README to reflect changes.

Version number is now equal to the release of Bitcoin core to sync with Bitcoin core releases.
