ssp245 was missing from experiments_ismip7.csv, so the checker refused every ssp245 file. Like ssp370, it starts in 2015 and ends in 2100: the ISMIP7 forcing, so far for CESM2-WACCM only, covers those years on both ice sheets. The checker refuses every ssp245 file because the scenario is missing from experiments_ismip7.csv, the same problem #42 fixed for ssp534-over. This adds it with the same years as ssp370, 2015 to 2100, which is what the ISMIP7 forcing covers on both ice sheets. That forcing is for CESM2-WACCM only, and so far atmosphere only. It also bumps the version to 0.9.0.
