Excludes Python 3.14.1 in requires-python because torchvision does.
MIN_AREA_FRACTION kept at 0.01 (real fixture passes).
BREAKING CHANGE: the Keras scripts, requirements.txt and the HDF5 model are removed; use the new `wbc` CLI.
