Admin page for login methods: add GitHub login to a password-only site #668
Description
Problem
After #664 a site can be installed with only a password admin. Adding GitHub login later means putting client_id and client_secret into .env by hand and restarting. The wizard's GitHub form is only reachable during an install.
Idea
An admin page (or a section of Settings) for login methods: enter the GitHub OAuth app's client id and secret with the callback URL for this site shown, and see whether email login (SMTP) is configured.
