Automate weekly dependency updates without allowing publish credentials or agent output to cross trust boundaries: generation runs from current
origin/mainwithout npm authentication, and guarded apply accepts only matching immutable artifacts frommain.Cargo manifests, npm direct ranges including new majors, the npm lockfile, and SHA-pinned Actions each reuse one stable draft PR; regular Dependabot version PRs remain disabled while security updates stay enabled.
