+Inc., and that contractor was separately bound by an executed non-disclosure

+The work is the complete source code of "Ironbound," a proprietary mobile  
+fitness application for iOS and Android owned by Ironbound Fitness, Inc.

+NATURE AND SCOPE  
+
+Ironbound is a substantial original software work developed privately since  
+approximately April 2026 over more than 1,100 commits in a private repository.  
+The copied material comprises 158 files, including:  
+
+- Approximately 44,400 lines of original JavaScript, JSX and TypeScript  
+application code, of which the principal application file (src/App.jsx)  
+alone is 26,728 lines;  
+- 30 SQL files defining the application's database schema, table structures  
+and access-control policies;  
+- Native integration components for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin and  
+Java), including a custom health-data integration plugin;  
+- Serverless API functions handling the application's server-side logic;  
+- Application configuration, build configuration and packaging files.  
+
+Functionally, the work implements user account and profile management,  
+automated workout program generation, progression tracking, gym equipment  
+profiling, nutrition and meal planning, health-data integration, and  
+integrations with third-party services.  
+
+PUBLICATION STATUS  
+
+The source code is unpublished and commercially confidential. It has never been  
+released publicly, never open-sourced, and never licensed to any third party.  
+The only distribution of the application has been as a compiled binary to a  
+small closed group of beta testers; the source code itself has at no point been  
+made publicly available by Ironbound Fitness, Inc. or with its authorization.  
+
+The authentic repository is private, at
