What happens
After Backspace marks a transcript word as skipped (red strike-through, a short trim on the timeline), its restore control cannot be clicked with a mouse:
- hovering the struck word shows no control;
- clicking the word makes the control appear just to its right, but it disappears on the next pointer move, so moving onto it and clicking never hits it (tried with a continuous pointer path);
- Ctrl/Cmd+Z with focus in the transcript does not restore the word either.
The word stays skipped; the only way back found was deleting the trim on the timeline. This looks like a regression of #745.
Expected
Hovering a skipped word shows Restore "<word>", and the control stays reachable while the pointer moves onto it (checklist "Transcript and captions", line 399).
Steps
- Open a project with a transcript, Transcript facet.
- Place the caret after a word and press Backspace — the word is struck through.
- Hover the word, then try to click its restore control.
