feat(card): add quiet caption style - #2293

Render the category header as a quiet sentence-case label: drop the uppercase transform, abbreviate the month, separate category and date with a margin instead of a bullet, and use the secondary body color for both. Make the category caption restyle opt-in through the new `main.cards.captionStyle` site setting. Its default keeps the original output. Setting it to `quiet` renders the `category` header as a sentence-case label: no uppercase transform, a medium date, a margin instead of a bullet, and the secondary body color for both parts.
