Upstream Mongoid 8.1.13 plus a one-line gemspec change allowing
activemodel < 8.2, so supply_chain can upgrade to Rails 8.1 (getaroom/supply_chain#5158).The base branch
upstream-v8.1.13is the untouched upstreamv8.1.13tag, so this diff shows only our change. The behavior our old8.1-stable-scpatches provided now lives in supply_chain initializers (getaroom/supply_chain#5175).supply_chain installs this commit through the tag
