EVMIndexer now tries Ankr before Blockscout on six chains:

  • Ethereum, Polygon and Arbitrum: Etherscan, then Ankr, then Blockscout. Etherscan still serves history; token balances come from Ankr first.
  • Optimism, Base and Gnosis: Ankr, then Blockscout, for both history and balances.

Blockscout stays the next provider on each. docs/FEATURES.md lists the new order, and test_blockscout_falls_back_to_ankr is renamed test_etherscan_falls_back_to_ankr, the fallback it now exercises.

Checks: just test gem_evm, just lint and the repo checks pass.
