Align integration access guidance with channel permissions and update the SDK dependency to v0.15.22. The integration reference explains when to use public or dedicated integrations and how type catalog access is authorized.
Validation: formatting, lint, race tests, build, command generation and Skill reference checks passed. Platform CI and CodeQL passed on the feature PR.
