…mall_distance parents, prune implied cousins, jump reparent - Reroute ampdamp~hamming and tetron_subsystem~hamming to hamming743; drop hamming~binary_quad_residue (hamming743 already has that parent, now with the HKSclass citation); drop hamming743~dual (repeats simplex734~hamming743). - extended_hamming~karlin becomes a karlin parent of hamming844; its self_dual parent is now implied and dropped (fact kept in description). - css_11_1_5~karlin retargeted to extended_golay. - griesmer no longer has mds as parent (backwards); griesmer -> q-ary_linear, mds -> griesmer (primary). hexacode and tetracode take mds as a parent and q-ary_simplex takes univ_opt_q-ary as a parent, since these were only implied through the old chain. - small_distance parent for two_in_five, isbn, upc. - Prune implied cousins on explicit codes, moving any unique fact into the description first (extended_golay OA strength, hamming844 group algebra, Higman-Sims and Hoffman-Singleton distance-transitivity). - jump: chuang-leung-yamamoto becomes a secondary parent (single-rail identification); ampdamp and constant_excitation parents and the CLY cousin dropped as implied. - AGENTS.md rule 14 on small-distance parents. why not keep this? its a special type of 2pt space thats diff from ancestor?

The pruned targets were ancestors only through generic kingdom-level chains that do not express what these cousins state. Restore higman-sims_graph~2pt_homogeneous and hoffman-singleton_graph~2pt_homogeneous (the graphs themselves are distance-transitive), julin12~q-ary_over_zq (Z4 codes and the Gray map), and hamming844~group (Z2 x Z4 group algebra), and drop the description sentences added only to preserve these facts. …elf_dual cousins Per zookeeper review, keep these cousins with their origin/main details, and drop the extended_golay description sentence (orthogonal array of strength 7) that the cleanup added only to preserve the pruned cousin. Edited griesmer, mds: fix backwards griesmer -> mds parent; mds is now a child of griesmer (MDS codes meet the Griesmer bound), which moves MDS under Griesmer in the site tree; simplex-type codes leave the MDS list
Edited hexacode, tetracode: mds cousin -> parent (they were implied only through the false chain)
Edited q-ary_simplex: univ_opt_q-ary cousin -> parent
Edited hamming, hamming743, hamming844, karlin-related, ampdamp, tetron_subsystem, css_11_1_5: cousins rerouted from generic families to the specific codes they describe
Edited extended_golay, hamming844, simplex734, julin12, higman-sims_graph, hoffman-singleton_graph: implied cousins pruned; unique content moved into descriptions first
Edited two_in_five, isbn, upc: small_distance parent; two_in_five detects all single bit-flips
Edited jump: new parent chuang-leung-yamamoto (single-rail identification), replacing ampdamp/constant_excitation parents and the CLY cousin
Edited AGENTS.md: rule 15, explicit codes with d<=5 get a small-distance parent (rule 14 is in PR #399)
