NEXT_STEPS.md described 0.2.8; it now starts from 0.3.1 + master (logo fix not released), adds the release step and links every priority and defect to its GitHub issue (#3-#27). README known-issues rows link their issues. CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md section 16 and the p3p3ds-commit skill: issue -> branch -> pull request (Closes #n), no direct push to master, merge commits only. Verified: skills mirror --check and CTest p3p_skills_mirror pass; CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md section 16 identical; precommit gate OK.
A non-draft pull request opened by endercodezz from this repository gets auto-merge (merge commit); GitHub merges it once the checks that master's protection requires pass (Linux, Windows, New 3DS). Section 16 and the p3p3ds-commit skill: open a PR only for finished, verified work, drafts for work in progress. Verified: skills mirror --check and CTest p3p_skills_mirror pass; section 16 identical in CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md; the workflow itself is exercised by this pull request.
