Generate transform and minify inputs from typespecs - #11

Conversation
TransformInput and MinifyInput are RustQ-generated NifMaps declared in OXC.Codegen.NativeTypes, like the linter's inputs and the isolated declarations input, in place of hand-written term readers. The bundle options stay as they are for now: two producers send different key sets, defaults live in Rust, and sources are passed as terms.
Nothing users can observe changed.

Replaces #10, which GitHub closed when its base branch was deleted. Converts
TransformInputandMinifyInputto RustQ-generatedNifMaps fromOXC.Codegen.NativeTypes; deletes the hand-written readers and the unused:mangleatom. Behaviour unchanged.BundleOptionsis left for its own PR: two Elixir producers send different key sets, defaults live in Rust, and sources are passed as terms.
