Merges the six area backlogs from the Docker demo stack re-verification (#18 to #23) into platform/known-issues.md.

Counts

• 60 new rows, KI-154 to KI-213 (3 S1: KI-159, KI-175, KI-187). 59 come from the backlogs, KI-213 from the controller.
• 4 duplicates merged: ORDER BY ignored (start + sql-charts → KI-154), Apps editor 403s / no LSP (start + apps → KI-156), non-admins cannot list databases (start + admin + controller → KI-159, S1), Test status not refreshed (start → folded into KI-011).
• 8 rows closed with a Status: closed on the Docker demo stack (Oct 2026) note: KI-020, KI-022, KI-036, KI-040, KI-088, KI-126, KI-128, KI-130.
• 13 rows updated in place: KI-011, KI-013, KI-016, KI-027 (now Apps only), KI-033, KI-035, KI-038, KI-055 (also Datasets), KI-073, KI-125, KI-129, KI-134, KI-135.
• The S1 list in the intro and the Not verified section are rewritten for the Docker demo stack.
• Controller items: Apps viewer deadlock = KI-175, Kubernetes wording and Logs/Exec on Docker engines = KI-195/KI-196, engines stuck provisioning after demo-down/demo-up = KI-213 (new), non-admin delegated query unproven = folded into KI-159.
