Advance the zenoh-flat-jni dependency in Cargo.lock to the commit from eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-flat-jni#61, which generates bindings with prebindgen 0.5.1 and initializes the application class loader for Android callbacks. Update the resolved prebindgen crates to 0.5.1 as well.
Merge eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-flat#110, then eclipse-zenoh/zenoh-flat-jni#61, before this PR.
Validation: all 112 JVM tests passed across
./gradlew jvmTest -PlocalJniDir=../zenoh-flat-jniand an isolated rerun ofio.zenoh.ConfigTest. The Java and Kotlin SDK suites share Zenoh topics, so their network tests must run separately.
