Recall room is divided by one road table and five principles instead of a special case per cue kind (consolidation Task_1).

  • Room is reserved only for what someone gave; each road contributes what its match can vouch for; a caller's range is the recency window, so asking about last Tuesday no longer brings today's occasions as "recent".
  • Roots follow one total key: score, then salience (the section's own standing measure) among equal scores, then newest, then the road's row and list position, then id. A salient anniversary nobody shares now reaches the section in a year-deep store instead of being cut at the root cap behind recent days; an ordinary one still never displaces a recent day of equal salience.
  • Search scores never go below zero. The anniversary contributes up to the room, with the shared and unshared lists as separate rows so a shared anniversary's floor is never lost behind newer unshared ones.
  • The activity's reserved room serves its thread first (rulings log 68). Equal-score ties go to the newest.
  • Deleted: the tie permutation, the root push order, the per-kind budgets at the call sites, and the anniversary's more-exist marker.

Every changed expectation is listed with before and after and the principle that explains it; parity fixtures are exact in both identifier orders. The slice is measured once at its end against the plan's falsifiers.

Stacked on the consolidation plan (#148).
