Summary

  • Adds ESLint 10 with @antfu/eslint-config flat config for modern JavaScript linting.
  • Configures Drupal-specific globals (Drupal, drupalSettings, once, jQuery, etc.) so module JS files lint cleanly against browser and Drupal APIs.
  • Extends the existing CI review workflow with a changes detection job (via dorny/paths-filter) and an eslint job that only runs when JS files change, keeping CI fast for PHP-only PRs.
  • No JS files are modified in this PR; existing lint errors will be addressed in a follow-up.

Closes #2

Test plan

  • Verify npm ci && npx eslint . runs locally and reports errors (no crashes).
  • Confirm the CI eslint job triggers on a PR that touches JS files.
  • Confirm the CI eslint job is skipped on a PR that only touches PHP/YAML files.
  • Verify existing drupal-lint and drupal-check CI jobs still run as before.
