Quick patch release:

• Made Shards keep their custom status between restarts.
• Exposed DirectRequest and BufferJSON methods on Rest to allow executing more advanced Discord API requests with optional X-Audit-Log-Reason header support. For regular usage, it's still recommended to use regular Request method.

Those changes were made with moderation & logging bots in mind.
