1. Add qt6-canvaspainter, qt6-quickeffectmaker, qt6-tasktree to repos.yml 2. The three repos are missing in deepin-community per the 6.12 branch audit 3. Group follows existing Qt 6 packaging repos (deepin-sysdev-team) Log: Repository-Manager creates the three repos automatically after merge Influence: 1. Verify the three repos appear under deepin-community after merge 2. Verify repo group ownership and default branch are as configured 3. Qt 6.12 packaging PRs for these modules can then be submitted chore: 新增三个 Qt 6.12 模块打包仓库 1. repos.yml 新增 qt6-canvaspainter、qt6-quickeffectmaker、qt6-tasktree 2. 这三个模块为 6.12 升级分支核查中确认缺失的仓库（6.11/6.12 新模块） 3. group 与既有 Qt 6 打包仓库保持一致（deepin-sysdev-team） Log: 合并后由 Repository-Manager 自动创建三个仓库 Influence: 1. 合并后确认 deepin-community 组织下生成对应三个仓库 2. 确认仓库属组与默认分支配置正确 3. 后续三个模块的 Qt 6.12 打包内容 PR 可提交到新仓库 PMS: TASK-396869
