The pre-upgrade validation script attempts to query the managed-object class vnsRsLIfCtxToRemoteSvcRedirectPol. On the current APIC release 5.2(6e), this class is not available/exposed to the API used by the validator; therefore, Check 105 returns:

Unexpected Error: API call failed

As a workaround commands could be issued over CLI:
moquery -c vnsRsLIfCtxToRemoteSvcRedirectPol
moquery -c faultInst | egrep -i "vns|svc|redirect|pbr|service"

Or configuration has to be reviewed over GUI.
