What changed
Managed provider launches now build their runtime inputs from bounded, selected configuration and resource data. The provider setup preserves required executable permissions, reports copy failures with the responsible path and limit, and supports read-only operator-home files while masking private credential directories.
The branch also makes fresh-agent recovery and failure outcomes durable, carries stable session identity through recovery and code-rewind checkpoints, and tightens the checkpoint scope and ownership checks across REST, MCP, WebSocket, and browser paths.
Validation

runtime-opencode-home-file-reference-rust.spec.tswas attempted on the merged tip. Its test broker rejected the provider-volume metadata lookup before creating a container because the generic browser rig has no initial-provider-volume authorization handoff. The failure is recorded in.runtime-evidence/3d2a36699c325f32dce63626d788376c3ef8fda2/231c600c-59e9-4f41-ad6b-08cef1e27e32/broker.jsonl; the assertion now includes the returned API error to make that setup problem diagnosable.
