🛡️ Sentinel Security Enhancement

Severity: LOW / Security Enhancement
Vulnerability: The Dockerfile used the mutable :latest tag when copying uv binaries from ghcr.io/astral-sh/uv:latest.
Impact: Using floating/mutable container tags introduces supply chain risks, non-deterministic Docker builds, and potential breakage if upstream releases breaking changes.
Fix: Pinned ghcr.io/astral-sh/uv to explicit version 0.10.8 in Dockerfile.
Verification: Verified via test suite (uv run pytest) and lint checks (uv run ruff check .).
