options in `WasmPlugins.cmake`, gated on `LINK_LANGUAGE:CXX` so it applies to
C++ links only and enables the expected Wasm exception behavior.

Plugins built with the old WASI toolchain fail to load in the shared-memory browser runtime. This updates the npm package to the published
7.0.0-beta.1release and pins@csound/wasm-binto7.0.0-beta31and@csound/browserto7.0.0-beta41, which includes the STK exception-tag fix in csound/csound#3452.Use the published SDK's threaded Nix toolchain and memory limit. Build the plugins and their static libraries with matching thread and exception support, export the TLS metadata and initializer, and build only zlib's static target. These changes keep the existing CMake targets and add no source patches.
Add checks for the TLS exports and update the rebuild and npm release instructions. Dependency versions stay in the npm manifests so future updates do not need edits across the docs.
