html_baseurl was pinned to sql-99.readthedocs.io. It now comes from the theme, which points at docs.cratedb.com/projects/sql-99/. Temporary: sql-99 is the subproject used to prove the migration setup and returns to its own domain afterwards. The theme is pinned to the pre-release for the same reason as crate-docs - it reaches this project without affecting any other. FYI: sql-99 as a subproject takes `sql-99.readthedocs.io` temporarilty out of service.
