README headers now come from the organization design system in light and dark, with the family headline. The organization .github repository delivers them through .github/brand/brand.lock.json, and the shared brand-check workflow replaces the copied check script. Workflows, the catalog notification action and release notes follow the renamed master branch.
The release and catalog notification guide moves from .github/RELEASE.md to Documentation/Reference/Release.md. It now describes the actual publication steps: tag, commit-bound draft, release.yml promotion of the CI artifacts, and publish. It also names the credentials the notification workflow reads, CATALOG_APP_CLIENT_ID and CATALOG_APP_PRIVATE_KEY. CHANGELOG.md records the published releases, and the one-off 0.2.1 release notes page is removed because the GitHub Release holds them. Workflows are renamed to ci.yml and release.yml with unchanged job names. The release workflow and the Windows artifact check accept source runs from ci.yml. The unused optionalBoundedInt helper is removed. CODEOWNERS is added, AGENTS.md follows the current canonical agent guide, CONTRIBUTING lists the checks CI runs, the documentation index covers every page, and public docs state current facts without edit history or local agent directories.
LICENSE is the Functional Source License 1.1 with the Apache 2.0 future license, taken verbatim from fsl.software with Xudong Xu as licensor. Any use other than a competing product or service is permitted, modification is allowed, and each release becomes available under Apache-2.0 two years after publication. Published releases keep their original license; the change applies from the next release. The third-party notices name the license for the adapter's integration code, CONTRIBUTING states that contributions are licensed under the repository license, and the changelog records the change.
Brand artwork now renders in Inter, Noto Sans SC and JetBrains Mono, matching the organization's system typography. Delivered with `Brand/brand.py sync` from computer-mcp/.github; the brand lock is updated.
