docs: update to latest bx-sites theme, remove home page version switcher - #73

…tcher The version switcher now lives in the left nav, so the home page no longer renders it. Re-ejected the bootstrap theme from the latest bx-sites and reapplied RuleBox's favicons and the Next-docs banner.
