… implementation - Drop "V3.1" from the package description and openspec project context. - Mark the three bootstrap-worldfile-fitting specification tasks as done, with the implementing files and tests. - README: rename the non-goals section, point the non-goals and the missing continuous browser execution on CI to the issue tracker, and remove references to documents that are not part of this repository.
