Summary

  • Pin every action to a full commit SHA, with the exact release tag noted beside it. The major versions stay the same.
  • Set persist-credentials: false on every actions/checkout, so the token is not left on disk.
  • Give each workflow an explicit top-level permission set: contents: read for CI and an empty set or the Pages permissions for deploy. Job-level permissions are unchanged.

publish.yml is not touched.

Test plan

  • CI is green on this PR.
