US915-1_0_3-CLASS_C.toml said region = "EU868". Everything else in it is the US915 profile's (max EIRP 27, like US915-1_0_3.toml; EU868's is 16), and only lt-22222-l.toml uses it, for firmware 1.6, after its EU868 profiles. ChirpStack keeps one profile per device, firmware and region, the last listed, so this file replaced the EU868 profile for that firmware, and US915 had no Class C profile at all. US915-1_0_3-CLASS_C.toml incorrectly states region =
EU868. This corrects it toUS915.
