Approved. Dependabot security bump of transitive js-yaml 4.3.1 → 4.3.2 (lockfile-only; dev: true via @eslint/eslintrc).

Change

• Patches GHSA-2883-xcg3-v3hh (empty merge-source mappings bypassed maxTotalMergeKeys, CPU DoS).
• Changelog also backports a hard limit of 100 on merge sequence size. No public API break.
• Not a direct dependency and not present in build/main.js. Plugin runtime is unaffected. Title is build(deps-dev):, so this will not cut a release.

Verification (Node 22.22.2)

• npm ci succeeded; lockfile not rewritten.
• lint, format:check, typecheck, build, svelte-check, and Vitest 1152/1152 passed.
• GitHub Test is green.
• npm audit --omit=dev is clean. The js-yaml advisory is gone. Remaining highs are the same pre-existing sharp / miniflare / wrangler docs-deploy chain as on master, not introduced here.
