docs: describe timed-out checks in CLI reporter output [RED-1276] - #602

A check the CLI stops waiting for under --timeout is now reported as timed out rather than failed, with a ⏱ marker, a "timed out" summary count, and "result": "Timed out" in the json reporter. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Documents how the CLI reports checks it stops waiting for under
--timeout(no progress, or never started), on thecheckly test,checkly triggerandcheckly pw-testpages. Such checks are reported as timed out rather than failed: they get a ⏱ marker (Tin thedotreporter) and a "timed out" summary count, and thejsonreporter gives them"result": "Timed out". The exit code is still 1.Depends on checkly/checkly-cli#1582. That PR must merge and be released first. Once the release version is known, consider adding a version note (e.g. "From CLI version 10") before merging this.
