Fix small documentation issues across 3 files:
homcc/common/logging.py: thesetup_loggingdocstring referred to theLoggingConfigfield asfile_name; the field isfilename. AlsoFormatterDestination.File->FormatterDestination.FILEto match the enum member.homcc/server/main.py: word order in a TODO comment (code should below be moved->code below should be moved).homcc/common/errors.py:infering->inferringin theTargetInferationErrordocstring (class name unchanged).No functional changes — comments/documentation only.
