The root page opened with a single "Start Building" card and a stack of topic lists. It now leads with the jobs a first-time visitor comes to do, then maps the four tabs.

Changes

• Intro sentence and a "Start here" section with job cards: build an agent that pays, build a Mini App, accept stablecoin payments, learn what Celo is, run a node, start your first app. The Quickstart wording says "Scaffold an app and run it locally", which is what /build/quickstart does.
• New "Find your way" cards for Learn, Build, Operate and Contribute. The Contribute card points at /contribute.
• description no longer says "leading" (AGENTS.md section 4).
• Quickstart cards in the accordion point at /build/quickstart; the "Integrate" card is now labelled "Network information", which is where it links.
• Sentence-case headings; "Tutorials" is now "Guides".
• The agent-infrastructure and use-case card groups are dropped. Their targets are reachable from the first card group and the Build tab.

learn/index.mdx stays Learn's overview and is not touched. The "Understanding Celo" and "Build with Celo" accordions still repeat some of the new links; trimming them is a follow-up.

Verification

• npx mint broken-links: no broken links found.
• Every internal link on the page lands on a page in the nav without going through a redirect.
• Facts on the cards (10M+ MiniPay activations, 1-second blocks, fees below $0.01) use the wording AGENTS.md section 7 prescribes.

The routing works. I checked every internal link and they all land on pages in nav, and the card facts match the wording in AGENTS.md section 7. Two small fixes before merge. #2394 merged this morning, so the Contribute card's /contribute-to-celo now only works through a redirect; please point it at /contribute. And the Quickstart wording karlb flagged on line 27 also applies to the card title on line 26 and the accordion card on line 80: the quickstart scaffolds an app and runs it locally, and only the optional contracts workspace deploys to Celo Sepolia.

Optional, fine for a later pass: with the new top sections, the "Understanding Celo" and "Build with Celo" accordions mostly repeat the same links (/learn, /build, /build/quickstart, /learn/network/overview).

Rebased onto main (#2394 and #2400 are in). Pushed fixes: the Contribute card points at /contribute; the quickstart card is now "Start your first app" / "Scaffold an app and run it locally", also in the accordion; the page opens with a sentence and the heading is "Start here". On karlb's question about the AGENTS.md heading rules: I followed them as written, so changing the rule is a separate call. Left for later: the overlap between the two accordions and the new top sections.

Thanks, both fixes are in. The Contribute card now points at /contribute, and the quickstart cards at the top and in the accordion say "run it locally", which matches what the quickstart does. The intro sentence and "Start here" also cover karlb's heading comment. I checked every internal link on the page again against docs.json, and they all land on pages in nav without going through a redirect. Fine to leave the accordion overlap for a follow-up. One small thing before merging: the PR body still mentions the "What do you want to do?" cards and "deploy a first app", so please update it if the squash commit uses it.
