Document Datadog OTLP job log export

Context

Buildkite agents can export job output as OpenTelemetry log records and in Datadog we recently added OTel log exporting support! Datadog users currently need to combine generic exporter documentation with separate endpoint and CI Visibility guidance to understand the complete setup and correlation behaviour.

Summary

• add a copyable Datadog OTLP/HTTP job log configuration to the agent tracing documentation
• explain Log Management availability and optional CI Pipeline Visibility correlation
• cross-link the Buildkite and Datadog setup documentation and update the page description

Now we support OTel logs for Buildkite in CI Visibility!
