bdt pr comment --message-file PATH(-= stdin) posts a file's text as the comment;--filestays an attachment link (help text now says so).bdt worktreefetchesorigin/<base>and branches from it when the local base is strictly behind (no tracking); ahead/diverged/no-origin keep the local base.[tool.bdt]lookup stops at the repo root (.gitdir or file), so a submodule no longer inherits the parent'srequired_labels.ArtifactLinkrelation on the work item, asaz repos pr work-item adddoes; idempotent.Tests: full suite green (1428). Not verified against a live ADO org: the work-item link.
