Declare no non-exempt encryption in Info.plist - #47

QuickMD uses only the system's networking (URLSession over HTTPS for
remote images and the update check) and no cryptography of its own, as
every build so far declared in App Store Connect ("App Uses Non-Exempt
Encryption: No"). With the key, new builds no longer stop at "Missing
Compliance". Change it if the app ever adds its own encryption.

ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption = NO, new builds skip the "Missing Compliance" step. Release and App Store builds checked: the key is in both bundles.
