Backport of #3085. Aligns the systemd example on the Linux service page with a current setup: a dedicated tomee user and group, WorkingDirectory and an example JAVA_OPTS line. It also explains that values with spaces must be quoted as a whole and drops KillSignal=SIGCONT. Docs only.
