RAFPassivater wrote passivated state to predictable names directly in java.io.tmpdir, which another local user could pre-create. Files now go into an owner-only openejb-passivation-* directory and pre-existing files or symlinks are refused. This also fixes the recorded file id and size per entry, so activate reads back what passivate wrote (the round trip was broken before). Both the stateful and managed copies are covered by new tests.

Refuse pre-existing files there, and fix the file id and size recorded
per entry so activate reads back what passivate wrote.
