Promote the exact input-length gap-prior preparation fix from #22 and dated release metadata from #23. All nine feature/release-preparation checks passed. Prior values and native lookup layout remain unchanged; runtime dependencies remain empty. Author explicitly authorized admin merge and release after green promotion CI. No downstream scorer/default promotion.
