Releases the integrated native batch APIs as seqtree 1.2.0: float64 alignment target reductions, exact-hit exclusion with fixed model populations, grouped geometry/withholding, fixed audit partitions and bounded sparse hit output. Includes aggregate edit limits, nanobind-2.5 compatibility, and reconciled release documentation. The existing master-side 1.1.1 release commit is preserved.

Validation: exact integration-head cross-platform CI passes all 18 checks; 191 focused local tests and strict Sphinx pass. Release-head Linux/macOS/Windows wheels and sdist build successfully, and the actual macOS wheel passes a clean native batch smoke check. PyPI upload awaits the owner-controlled environment gate in the release workflow.

Refs #18.
