Prepare MegaProxy 0.1.1, the next patch after 0.1.0. Increase the version code base to 14 (universal AAB/APK 14000, ABI APKs 14001–14004) and add English/Russian maintenance-release notes.
This release exercises the merged Fastlane Google Play upload path: the tag workflow publishes signed GitHub assets and an internal Google Play draft. The open F-Droid submission will be updated to this release after artifact verification.
Validation:
bundle exec fastlane android testpassed locally (native race tests, Android JVM/Compose tests, lint, debug and unsigned release builds). Required PR CI must pass before merging and tagging.
