Disable crunch compression in tests

This PR disables crunch compression in tests in an attempt to mitigate game-ci/docker#243.

Results

I made some mistakes with the commits I tried to use to run this twice with and twice without the new option, but here are the results:

Crunch compression disabled (this PR):

• ✅ Run 1 - All passed first time
• ✅ Run 2 - One test's first attempt failed with an apparently unrelated error, but succeeded on the automatic retry
• ❌ Run 3 - One test's first attempt failed with an apparently unrelated error, and the automatic retry failed with the semaphore error

Crunch compression enabled (default):

• ✅ Run 1 - All passed first time
• ❌ Run 2 - One test's first attempt failed with an apparently unrelated error, and the automatic retry failed with the semaphore error

Abandoning this fix since there's no clear evidence that it works.
