What

The page estimate now reads hp:colPr@sameSz and the footnotes' hp:placement@beneathText as xs:boolean, so true counts as well as 1. Hancom writes 1; other writers write true.

Before, columns of the same size written sameSz="true" were taken for columns of unequal width without their hp:colSz, and the document was not estimated. Hancom Office lays such a document out exactly as with sameSz="1" (same line caches, same pages).

Tests

test_columns_of_the_same_size_written_as_true_are_of_the_same_size estimates a two-column document written both ways and expects the same pages and lines. It fails before this change.
