fix: number every link in ^O and show each PR's status first - #164

The ^O popup numbered only the first nine links, and a PR's status came after its title, so long titles cut it off. Every link is numbered now; digits build the number, opening it once no longer one exists. PR rows show their coloured mark and status before the title, and a list taller than the screen scrolls with the cursor. The list's PR cell drops the closed count: open and merged only.
